Appointment Policy

Appointments are suggested and take priority although we do try to accommodate walk-ins. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority followed by Patients with previously scheduled appointments. If it's after hours and you find your furry friend will need veterinary attention the following day but have a work or other conflict, please feel free to Drop Off your pet at our opening time and our Doctor will examine him then contact you in a timely manner.

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Diners, cash and personal in-state checks (only with a valid CO driver’s license).

Patient Arrival Policy

For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.

New Clients should arrive at least 10 minutes ahead of their scheduled appointment to fill out a registration form and be entered into the computer system.

We value your time and try very hard to stay on time to scheduled appointments. In the event you are running late please call us so that we can keep our schedule as normal as possible!
